This website is operated by Morning Ridge Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Morning Ridge Co. Morning Ridge Co. offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Coffee is non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Because we curate premium coffee equipment, items that have been used to brew or grind coffee cannot be returned for a full refund due to food safety and manufacturer standards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, you must report it to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us immediately at support@shopmorningridge.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box. We will work quickly to replace the item at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To complete your return, please email support@shopmorningridge.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the return address on the shipping label without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Morning Ridge Co. partners with premium third-party suppliers to curate and fulfill our catalog of equipment. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your items may be shipped directly from our partner distribution centers.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Morning Ridge Co., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Morning Ridge Co. is registered.
